Krystal Jeanette Jackson

Krystal Jeanette Jackson, age 53, of Waynesboro, Ga. passed away on Wednesday, August 21st, 2024.  She was born in Augusta, Ga. at University Hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Burke County and was a homemaker.  She loved fishing with her father, loved her family, loved mud bogging, loved her Yorkie dogs and her 2 cats.  

She is survived by her husband, Chris of Waynesboro, her 4 sons, Kody Burke, Kasey Burke, Kolton Burke, Kollins Jackson, 1 brother, Ken Burke (Anna Bell), and her mother Glennis Burke.

Pallbearers will be Billy Ray Brown, James Tobias, Nick Stanley, Justin Stanley, and Jason Skinner.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at East Burke Baptist Church in Sardis, Ga.  The funeral service will be at 2:00pm, with visitation one hour prior to the funeral.  The service will be conducted by Pastor Jordan Clayton and Pastor George Saxon.  Burial will follow in the family cemetery in Sardis.  Burke Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
